Tim had to refer my enquiry to the rep in Scotland, (not sure why?) so it took a day to get information and then that was very basic with no spec sheet or picture of the nosing in question. I would have thought this would have been answered by the technical department in the office on the same day. Not the service I would expect from such a Company. in the meantime I found information from another manufacturer and specified their product. Tim did follow up yesterday that I had received a reply,
