A 100 per cent acrylic roll-on elastomeric waterproof liquid membrane, joint sealer and air barrier. Designed for use behind PAREXTHERM and PAREXDIRECT render systems, on ICF constructions, timber and steel frame builds to provide a secondary weather barrier between differing materials, at window and door openings etc. against infiltration by water, air, condensation and threats to the building integrity.
WEATHERTECH WEATHERSEAL solutions offer long-lasting protection and is suitable for use with Parex approved exterior grade render boards, SINIAT GTEC Weather Defence, Aqua Board and Render Board and suitable for creating a fully breathable weather barrier to exterior grade timber sheathing boards as an alternative to a membrane on a roll.


WEATHERTECH WEATHERSEAL is extremely flexible: can bridge cracks and accommodate small movements up to 0.8mm and is able to bridge up to 6mm gaps at sheathing board joints with embedded 355 AVU Mesh.
