A family of pointing mortars designed for re-pointing joints in brick arches, tunnels, culverts and brick sewers, together with repair works on sea walls, docks and harbours.
Terrapoint is a family of mortars designed for mechanical and gun applied re-pointing in vertical and overhead locations. The mix designs are based on Portland cement, PFA , hydrated lime, specially graded silica sands and admixtures to assist mixing and overhead placing. Terrapoint C5, C10, C18 and C40 provide a suitable mortar to re-point weak/soft brick through to high strength stone/concrete. The Terrapoint mortars are suitable for placing through all types of purpose designed re-pointing equipment and advice is available on request from the Technical Department.
The single pack products are supplied ready for on site mixing using a slow speed high torque drill paddle or forced action pan mixer.
Uses include re-pointing joints in brick arches, tunnel and culverts. Re-pointing of brick sewers. Repair works on sea walls, docks and harbours.
