Flexible two-part cementitious waterproofing compound for basement tanking, waterproofing structures and protecting concrete, blockwork and masonry units. A waterproof membrane is created by hand-applying mixed material in two coats direct to most substrates. The set membrane will bridge fine cracks and is resistant to substrate movement.
Tecroflex has excellent adhesion to most construction substrates. The coating is impermeable to water but will allow the transmission of water vapour preventing pressure build up from the membrane. Tecroflex is suitable for interior and exterior use.
The product is designed to be hand-applied using brush, trowel, or spray applied for large open areas. Suitable for vertical and horizontal surfaces and on to 24 hour-old concrete.
Uses include basement tanking, pile tops and caps, underground car parks, lift shafts, bund walls, dock works, protective coatings for concrete, blockwork and masonry.
