Spraycrete

A dry spray concrete designed for application by dry spray delivery, with water added at the nozzle, polymer reinforced and shrinkage compensated: for all shotcrete applications. Meets DTp BD27/86 pt 5. Available in Summer and Winter grades Spraycrete can be sprayed onto concrete, brick and masonry structures. The sprayed concrete is thixotropic, non-slumping and set accelerated which gives high build with minimal rebound. The product is chloride free and can be safely used in contact with reinforcing steel. Uses include large scale and rapid repairs to concrete, masonry and brick structures; water tanks and reservoirs; extensions to existing structures; protective overlay in mechanical and chemically aggressive environments; use in marine defences, tunnels, culverts and moving water situations.
