Polyester Grout

A polyester resin based grout suitable for machine beds, rails and for underwater grouting operations.
Polyester Grout is used for the rapid grouting and commissioning of machines and structures where the bed thickness is between 3mm and 25mm. Units to be grouted may contain areas of concrete to concrete, concrete to steel and steel to steel. The product is suitable to support all equipment subject to heavy loadings and may be used effectively to fill misaligned saw cuts.
Polyester Grout may be placed under water to act as void filler and stress distribution medium. Ungrouted gabions can be submerged and then post grouted using Polyester Grout.


The two-pack system is available in summer and winter grades.
Typical uses include grouting of machine bed plates and crane rail tracks; supporting reciprocating equipment subject to heavy loads and vibration; rapid opening and commissioning of placed units even in cold ambient conditions; underwater grouting of steel plates to concrete sections, dock gate hinges and gabion fill.
