Non-slump high strength packing material. Designed for under plate and rail packing where shuttering is not appropriate. The material displays stay as placed properties and is suitable for use in structural support situations and where good vibration resistance is required. The mortar can be used as a dry pack or placement without shuttering in gaps of 10mm to 50mm. The non-slump characteristics prevent plastic settlement, producing permanent contact between substrate and supported surfaces. Uses include storage system tracks, crane rail tracks, underpinning, machinery base plate support and infill between and under beams.
