Polymer reinforced mortar which is designed for rapid concrete repairs and meets DTp BD27/86 pt 6.
Eproskim is a rapid set, high strength, thin bed repair mortar for all concrete surfaces. The polymer reinforced mortar complies with Department or Transport BD27/86 pt6.
The mix design includes special shrinkage compensating components plus powerful plasticising agents which produce a workable mortar at low water content.
Eproskim is used to repair and replace damaged concrete where high early and final strengths are required. The trowelable mortar is chloride free and may be used in contact with reinforcing steel on horizontal or vertical faces. Eproskim offers good freeze-thaw stability, low water absorption and is resistant to oil, seawater and mild alkali attack.
