Formulated to provide an invisible waterproof and protective coating, Lankoprotec gives long-lasting protection of paved surfaces and is preferably applied soon after completion. Spray-applied, 235 Lankoprotec provides resistance against water, oil, grease and other pollutants but does not modify the appearance of the materials to which it is applied. The coating assists in the removal of graffiti and makes it easier to remove nuisance substances such as chewing gum. It is suitable for use on most masonry and paving materials including natural or reconstituted stones, brickwork, tiles, terracotta and concrete. Uses include the protection of paved pedestrian areas, terraces, barbecue surrounds, garage forecourts and other outdoor areas where protection against staining is required. An aqueous emulsion, 235 Lankoprotec is non-toxic and environmentally-friendly. One coating lasts many months under normal conditions.
