Readyfit™ Communal Interior Fire Doorsets

The Readyfit™ pre-assembled communal doorset has been specifically developed for cross corridor, lobby and day-to-day access areas. It is available in a wide range of moulded or flush finishes with an extensive choice of glazing designs, either in an FD30 or FD60 fire rating.

FD30 Door frames are manufactured using finger jointed softwood and FD60 door frames in hardwood, unfinished ready for final decoration on site. Intumescent and smoke seals fitted to the head and jambs of the door frame, supplied in either white or brown.  The architraves can be supplied and are fully machined and packed with the doorset.

A wide range of optional hardware is available to pair with the communal range such as door closers, push and pull handles, and kick plates.

RISER DOORSETS

To complement the communal range, JELD-WEN can also supply riser doorsets to conceal and hide services.

Supplied as a pre-assembled set with hinges, MDF door linings and door stop, the riser doorset is a smart solution to save time, reduce cost, ensure quality, and matches perfectly the wider doorset range.

Door linings are manufactured using moisture resistant MDF and finished in a white foil wrap which gives a perfect finish for final decoration on site.

Architraves and doorstops are supplied to the same finish as the linings and are fully machined and packed with the doorset.

A number of hardware options are available including fire brigade lock and sash lock.
