The Metador Defender FR4 is now available for fire rated situations. Tested at Exova Warrington Fire on 8th January 2014 to BS EN 1634-1. Test report No: WF 336507.

With every METADOR Defender FR4 doorset purchased, you will receive:

Bolted Corners, not tabbed or screwed giving a very strong and rigid frame
Mineral wool core
1.5mm leaf skins, not 1.2mm – 56% stronger!
Galvanised material throughout – not Zintec or Galvanneal
2mm Stainless Steel threshold.
Unique ‘Easyfit Jamb ®’ design
8 Threaded adjusters as standard – 8 fixing points on each side of the door.
4 no. Grade 13 stainless steel hinges with dog bolts
