ACOUSTIC DECK 37

A 15mm resilient acoustic layer laminated to a 22mm t&g cement particle board, designed for fitting direct to joist or as an overlay to new or existing subfloors.

The high acoustic performance options of Acoustic Deck 37 makes it ideal for timber floor refurbishment projects.

Direct to Joist: Acoustic Deck 37 is specially designed for direct to joist fitment after existing timber floor has been removed.

Saves height saves money: After removing existing timber floors, there is no need to lay a new one, which overcomes floor-to-ceiling height issues, saving money and time.

Strong and rigid: Suitable for both 400mm and 600mm joist centres 

Non load bearing partitions can be built off the floor.

Convenient: These products are easy to install and always available for fast delivery nationwide.

Suitable for final floor finishes such as carpets, carpet tiles & laminates (other finishes may require additional floor preparation).

Acoustic Testing & Compliance.

ACOUSTIC DECK 37C

A chipboard based acoustic deck designed for direct to joist fitment after the existing timber floor has been removed, providing enhanced acoustic performance without the need for a new timber sub floor to be laid.

JCW Acoustic Deck 37C is ideal for refurbishment projects or where there are floor to ceiling height issues

Low Profile: ideal for applications where finished floor height is a major issue.

High performance: impact and airborne sound insulation in one product without the need for a timber sub floor.

Strong and rigid: 

Flexible: suitable for both 400mm and 600mm joist centres.
