LA Suite West Hotel - Inverness Terrace, London

The client activley promotes and works with suppliers that practice environmental responsibility. Being built in 1870 and the client having an interetst in using sustainable materials, Graphenstone GCS Exterior paints, with their Cradle to Cradle Silver certifcation and Class 1 breatahbility,  were chosen for the exterior redecoration works.

All exterior surfaces recieved a coat of Graphenstne Ambinet Primer L42, a Class 1 vapour open stabilising primer, followed by 2 coats of GCS Exterior in a bespoke colour

Project of 1,200 m2 with two coats saw a saving of 157kg CO2(e) vs the original specification.

Due to the heritage nature and requirements of the building, the traditional flat matt finish and
breathability of the paints was an important factor in Graphenstone being used.
