Stabilising Primer

Ambient Primer L42 is a vapour open, ecological primer and stabiliser with exceptional coverage rates, for interior and exterior use. Recommended for absorbent or difficult substrates and to equalise the surface porosity of dusty or chalky surfaces prior to painting. Also used as a primer for Ambient Pro+ where suitable, to help maintain the photocatalytic activity over time.

• Clear, consolidating, stabilising primer; for absorbent and problem substrates

• Perfect for use on Limewash, Distempers, Cast concrete and stone.

• Breathable – Class 1 vapour open; reduces condensation & allows walls to ‘breathe’ Sd less than 0.06

• Excellent coverage – 25- 35m2/L

• Trace VOCs less than 0.1%

• Interior & exterior use

• Aids bond over existing paintwork

• Equalises surface porosity to ease application of top coats

Areas of use: Interior & exterior. New surfaces – lime and natural plasters & renders, cast concrete, pebble dash and difficult substrates. Exiting painted – including limewash & distempers.
