Superglass Contract Mat 44 - Glass Mineral Wool Loft Insulation

Superglass Contract Mat 44 is a lightweight, non-combustible glass mineral wool insulation roll. The flexible roll is cut at 2x570mm widths to allow frication fitting between and over common joist spacings, reducing the need for on-site cutting and waste.

Application:

Superglass Contract Mat 44 is primarily used as thermal insulation between and over the timber joists of new and existing lofts/cold pitched roofs. However, it can be used in several other applications including suspended timber grounds floors.

Thermal Conductivity:

Declared thermal conductivity (lambda (λ) value) of 0.044W/mK.

Fire Classification:

Deemed non-combustible with a fire classification of Euroclass A1 (the highest possible rating) when tested to EN 13501-1:2018 Reaction to Fire.

Vapour Resistivity:

The product has a nominal vapour resistivity of 5 MN·s/g·m.
