They must also have a minimum clear opening dimension of 450mm, either in height or width.

All Emplas windows are designed to comply with the latest Building Regulations. So whether you choose Casement Windows for your next job, whether in a home or a new build project or tilt and turn windows for a large commercial refurbishment, you can rest assured that our full range of windows are suitable for use as fire escape windows and meet the specifications laid down in Document B.

All our customers also benefit from a choice of furniture and hardware options. You ll find that Emplas windows are less likely to fade or become dull due to pollutants, and offer exceptional value for money.
