Telescopic Gates

Davidson and Pearson's Steel telescopic Sliding Gates are perfect for sites where the back-run is restricted. Generally tracked telescopic gates require a smaller back-run than cantilever telescopic gates and are also available in more than 2 sections thus allowing the back-run to be further reduced. Cantilever telescopic gates are limited to two sections only. Our range of multi-sectioned tracked telescopic sliding gates is the most economical type of telescopic gate, and will suit openings up to 15.00m in a Single leaf or 30.00m as a bi-parting pair. These gates have a standard static drive system fitted in a steel 'half height' post which also encloses the programmable control panel. An integrated steel rope and pulley system is used to drive the second and subsequent leaves. Two section steel cantilever telescopic gates can accommodate openings up to 14.00m in a single leaf or 28.00m as a bi-parting pair. All our telescopic sliding gates are bespoke and are manufactured for specific site requirements, and they can accommodate cross falls (within limits) by utilising trapezoidal or parallelogram leaf construction. All gates are treated with our '3Plus' long term corrosion protection, comply with current safety requirements and come complete with fail safe Buffers and photo-cells. They are suitable for medium to heavy duty applications and will provide long service life with a minimum of maintenance. A full back up service can be provided for site surveys, design, installation, commissioning, and servicing, if required.
