Deco casement windows

For period properties built around the 1920s and 30s – we have designed Casement Windows that offer modern solutions as replacement windows. Double glazed with Glass that exceeds building regulations, the Timber windows look beautiful and perform equally as well with no warping or twisting and very easy maintenance – in fact, minimal maintenance is all that is required for at least 8 years .

The Deco style window is created using specially designed sections added to the front face of the window which allow the opening sashes to appear recessed within the frame. This ‘stepping back’ of the sashes is an important detail common to the inter-war period of the 1930's and was employed to provide a degree of modelling to the facade of urban homes.

Recreating the appearance of interwar properties not onlyenables sympathetic restoration of the windows. Retaining their original character through use of environmentally-friendly, modern windows also gives the freedom to opt for a finish in any of the RAL colours. The option to matched Fired Earth or Farrow & Ball colours is also available, and the use of two different colours for the interior and exterior of the window ensures complete coordination with your home and style.
