Roto HTB 108 Hinge

The Roto HTB 108 hinge benefits from efficient installation as they are supplied pre-assembled, ready to fit. A patented anti-jemmy device is supplied as standard and the sash cover cap is fully protected against manipulation.
The pin module and cylindrical pins are made of Stainless Steel while the PVC bearings are manufactured so that no maintenance is required.
The hinge features an interior adjusting scale above the adjusting-carriage. One-man adjustment of the door is possible with this hinge and it can also be adjusted once installation is complete.
Factory presettings are available upon request.
Adjustment:
Additional gasket compression adjustment of 0.5 mm by turning the pin module in the frame component.
