The Phoenix Slimline hinges incorporate a unique design of solid extra deep turned phosphor bronze thrust washers and a slim knuckle diameter, resulting in a very aesthetically appealing product. This traditional bearing material is then lightly nickel plated to match the hinge finish, and pre-lubricated, to give a very high performing bearing for its size. Slimline hinges have considerable appeal where both an attractive yet minimally visually intrusive solution is required.
