3D Composite Door Hinge

The 3D Composite door hinge provides fabricators and installers flexibility in the factory and on site. The hinge is quick and simple to fit and once installed, the door slab is detatchable from the frame, therefore simplifying installation.
The 3D Composite Door Hinge is easily adjusted in all planes, either in the factory or on site.
The hinge is supplied by Carl F Groupco pre assembled and ready to fit, dramatically reducing fitting time.
Adjustment:
Lateral: +/- 3.0mm
Height: +/-4.0mm
Compression: +/-1.75mm
Testing and Accreditation:
Salt spray tested in excess of BS EN 1670 - Grade 4 for plated finishes and Grade 5 for painted finishes.
Operational durability tested to 100,000 cycles.
Tested to the requirements of PAS 23/24 (as part of a full door assembly).
Weight carrying capacity:
Maximum door leaf weight with 3 hinges: 100kg (maximum door size 1m wide x 2.2m high).
