Zefyr Modular Louvres

Zefyr's Modular systems are supplied in factory-assembled modules. They have been designed to aid speed of build or to suit irregular openings that are not suited to a continuous format.

Applications
The louvres have multiple purpose that benefit buildings. Louvre blade design has been tested for structural and aerodynamic performance to provide optimum spanning and pressure loss characteristics. Louvre profiles have been fully proven in independent laboratories and in installations worldwide; Structural Testing, Aerodynamic Testing and Weather Testing. Louvres have different configurations available, ie Single pass, double pass or triple pass which will change the pressure drop performance of each louvre system. An operable option can be added to the louvres to give control over the louvres. As an optional extra the louvres can be acoustically treated to include acoustic baffles behind the fascia to alleviate noise control problems. Bird guards and/or insect mesh can be added as another optional extra to keep unwanted wildlife from entering through free area of the Louvres, but this will reduce the airflow through the free area.

Aesthetics
The Modular Louvre system are louvres design to fit in specific areas which can range in shapes, the system consists of louvres in a frame. Architectural weather louvres are an aesthetically pleasing addition to a building, often used solely for that property and to help differentiating from one building to another. Zefyr's louvre systems have a variety of options to change the visual appearance of the building. There are multiple blade options available; Standard, Smoothflow, Perforated, Roll-formed and bespoke. These systems can be made from either Aluminium, Steel or Stainless Steel and offer a wide range of colour and finishes to reach the requirements for any job specification.
