Quickstack End Gable

Quickstack Standard end gable ridge chimneys are designed to sit down directly on top of the roof felt and fix into the truss rafter, the inner seating plate is extended to span over the next inner truss rafter providing an increased fixing area, some additional Timber may be required to provide an all round fixing (Subject to the project engineers approval). The outer seating plate has been removed and replaced with an inner return plate that allows the brick work to be built into the chimney providing additional support just below the preformed lead groove provided to conceal the transition point between the main brickwork structure and the chimney.Quickstack can accommodate parapet wall conditions.
Quickstack can be supplied simply as a dummy chimney or alternatively for fully working chimneys they can be prepared to accept the site in-situ installation of class 1 or 2 twin wall flue systems. All chimneys are supplied with fixing instructions and standard roof rafter sealer washer type fixings. Chimneys are delivered to site ready for brickwork pointing following which installation is quick and easy to complete requiring no special skills.Quickstack offer two capping types, Over-sail (OS) or Brick-flush (BF) Caps are manufactured in lightweight Glass reinforced concrete (GRC) which blends and complements the brick / Stone or render finishesQuickstack chimneys can be styled to suit your requirements accommodating varied corbelling details, brick and render combinations, and brick feature banding. To ensure that the perfect match is achieved we will collect bricks from your Site or brick supplier.
