Mechanical Expansion Joints subject to vehicle loads.
The TransAtec 1105/06/07 range is a fully waterproof, aluminum mechanical expansion joint with Stainless Steel capping's with an 80-grit surface finish and a ribbed PVC-Nitrile rubber central seal for improved slip resistance. This joint provides good movement capacities suitable for high pedestrian and vehicular traffic. This joint follows the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliances across the entire movement cycle.
TransAtec 1105
The TransAtec 1105 comes with a wide High Temperature rated Butyl membrane which bonds to both the full surface of the frame and underside of the stainless steel capping to create a waterproof seal at the surface of the expansion joint.
TransAtec 1106
The TransAtec 1106 comes with a narrow High Temperature rated Butyl membrane which bonds to both the top surface of the frame and underside of the stainless steel capping to create a waterproof seal at the surface of the expansion joint.
TransAtec 1107
The TransAtec 1107 comes with out the High Temperature rated Butyl membrane.
