Cascade rigs

Vaillant's precision-engineered cascade rigs offer enhanced efficiency and flexibility on outputs with a higher modulation range compared to a Single boiler installation. This easily expandable modular system can provide up to 960kW of energy and can be configured to fit any plant room. Up to eight ecoTEC 46, 65, 80, 100 or 120kW wall-hung boilers can be fitted on a rig back-to-back, in-line or around corners.
Cascade rigs allow Vaillant to offer tailor-made heat output appliances, which can be individually switched off, when not required allowing maintenance of the boiler plant to be a lot easier as single appliances can be serviced during running operation, reducing down-time for the customer.
It is mandatory to install a plate heat exchanger on all ecoTEC 80, 100 and 120kW boilers and highly recommended on all cascade systems. A large range of accessories and flueing options ensure there is a Vaillant cascade solution for every kind of commercial installation.
