Removed my old loft access panel and was searching around for a new one but I didn't have a regular size, found these guys on the net in my search, rang them up they quoted a price looked around to try and find it cheaper else where I didn't, went back to them and one week later I have a perfect new loft panel with all the works soft opening. Very quick dispatch. Product was excellent quality, but I found the price to be quite a bit higher than I expected. It's somewhat of a niche product that, as a result of the smart home bubble, will be in great demand retrofitting properties with the kind of smart relays that require annual inspection. At such a price, I expect that inferior overseas copies will find a market and flood it. I can't fault the design and quality though. The only tiny thing that I found that could be a problem was the use of a silicon grommet to hold the pawl pivot in place, rather than a locknut. This item can "ping" off and get lost easily, as well as having the capacity to split. If this happened once the unit was in place, releasing it for reuse (e.g. when decorating), could be problematic.

Bespoke product with ladder is excellent; Customer Liaison is excellent; The hatch was unpacked, fitted and operational in less than sixty minutes .. two man job.
