LSF Fire Rated Metal Fakro Loft Ladder

This is a fully assembled metal fire-resistant scissor Loft ladder which arrives ready for simple and quick installation by either a competent DIY’er or contractor.

The Fakro ladder treads easily fold onto the lid of your loft hatch. The treads can also be added or removed to ensure that the Ladder length exactly matches your requirements.

This metal concertina Ladder has a 60 minute fire rating (El2 60) due to the expanding seal which prevents fire from spreading and a U-Value of 1.8w/m2k for further peace of mind alongside a 3 year manufacturers warrantee

As with the metal option, this wooden ladder arrives on site fully assembled however this Ladder also benefits from a superbly finished wooden Loft Hatch which is insulated and painted inside and out ready for quick installation in the ceiling.

As safety is paramount, this wooden FAKRO Ladder comes complete with red-painted metal handrail which is mounted on the ladder’s angle brackets.

The Ladder is also supplied with brown stile ends which are mounted onto the ladder feet to protect the floor and increase the ladder’s stability and the users safety.

The Ladder also benefits from a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty for added piece of mind.
