Timloc Building Products Cavity Closers & Barriers Range

Cavity closers, barriers and stop socks are fundamental elements of any cavity wall to help reduce condensation, cold bridging and mould growth. The Timloc range offers thermal, acoustic and fire protection depending on your requirements.

Thermo-Loc is designed to lock warmth inside a building and offers greater protection against the risk of condensation at a lower material thickness, when compared to standard cavity closers.

Thermo-Loc Platinum Multi Cavity Closer

• Suitable for a range of cavity sizes up to 150mm
• Easily cut to size using the pre-cut grooves
• 20mm insulation thickness
• Supplied in 2.4m lengths

• Suitable for between 50mm-150mm cavity sizes

• 25mm insulation thickness
• Supplied in 2.4m lengths

• 30-minute fire-rated cavity closer
  
• Independently tested by WarringtonFire to achieve 30 minutes fire rating and minimum 15 minutes insulation
• Suitable for cavities up to 300mm
• Single profile for 50mm-100mm cavities and double profile for 105mm-300mm cavities. Cavity barriers for fully rebated and check reveal are also available. 25mm insulation thickness and supplied in 2.4m lengths.

• Available to suit cavity widths up to 300mm
