Specification

Door panel constructed from 38mm wide rolled hollow steel section with 2mm thick steel door skins seam welded.
Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
Steel hollow section door frame with anti-barricade device and preparation for illuminated header.
Frame fixed by chemical resin anchors.
Door panel mounted within door frame and hung on a full height tubular steel pivot hinge.
Inundation unit fitted in door panel.
Preparation for a slam action MoJ Class 1 cell lock supplied and fitted by HMPS or Private Prison Operator.
Finish

One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer to all mild steel surfaces.
