Modular Walling

The ModuSec modular construction system has been developed to provide a fast, clean and cost effective solution, where there is a high security requirement for such as Data/Document storage, or the construction of Server/Comms rooms.  As well as protection to recognised physical security standards, critical assets are also protected from fire, dust, water, electromagnetic pulse and blast.

CONFIGURATION - ModuSec can be constructed to provide an entire Secure Room to any dimensions complete with walls, ceiling, windows and compatible Stafford Bridge Security Doors.  Alternatively ModuSec panels can be simply installed to extend or enhance existing structures.  Walls can be installed up to 6m high without additional support, and ceilings can be provided up to a span of 6m before additional support becomes necessary.

FINISHES - Each Pyrofoam panels has an easy- clean white Plastic coated Stelvetite Steel skin.  Adjacent panels are jointed via a simple tongue and groove system incorporating a concealed key- operated camlock.  This serves to provide the rapid assembly of a secure enclosure with a hardwearing surface, a pleasing appearance and a maintenance- free easy wipe- down finish. No further decoration is necessary.

PERFORMANCE - ModuSec wall and ceiling panels are tested and certified to provide FD90  fire resistance, Class 1 surface spread of flame, 0.018W/m2K thermal insulation (U- value), and can achieve up to 45dBA sound Attenuation.  The ModuSec system (with core enhancement) has also been blast tested for the physical protection of Computer Rooms and critical asset/archive stores.

DOORS AND WINDOWS - The inherent strength of the Pyrofoam panels combined with the ease of cutting to size and jointing, means that doors and windows with an equal security rating can be easily incorporated into the ModuSec walling system.
