The L2 Illuminated Glass System

The L2 glazing system was designed from the outset to be as simple as possible comprising of three basic components:

Lights (L)

Two panes of Glass (2)

The system our patent-pending internal framing that allows each panel to its neighbour.

Where to Use:

Whether its an internal partition or an External faade the L2 Illuminated glazing system has been designed to be as adaptable and as modular as possible Giving architects and designers freedom to design knowing there is a solution there that fits the environment.

Internal Partitions:

The L2 glazing system can be installed in a wide variety of ways be it straight or curved to create flowing, organic shapes which immediately open up an area.

External Facade:

The L2 illuminated Glazing Systems can offer excellent performance while providing striking aesthetic properties. When used as Facade Glazing L2 is extremely adaptable as it can be tailored to suit its environment.

Glass Types:

The way the L2 system works allows the designer to mix and match your glass types depending on the affect you wish to create and the building regulations required. Contact L2 to discuss your requirements. Bellow are some types we recommend:

Glass Module Size

While the L2 modules can be up to 0.5 metres in width and 7 metres in height depending on the type of glass chosen.

We tend to recommend that for a good light wash across the wall modules width are kept to a width of no more than 500mm is specified.

Lights

Day Light

The ability to be installed in continuous glass runs up to 7 metres tall with glass to glass corner details gives L2 the ability to achieve favourable daylighting properties for glass facades. A range of clear finished glass types offers good light transmission.

Single colour

Single colour LED lights are ideal for domestic use, clubs, bars, restaurants, Hotels, signage and many other applications. With five different brightness levels available, L2 LED can supply what you need for all your lighting projects. Our amber, red, green and blue LED strips can be used almost anywhere. Theyre perfect for domestic use, clubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, signage and many other applications.

Circadian Lighting

L2s circadian lighting system which mimics the changes in the suns natural light throughout the day. Lighting in keeping with our circadian rhythms is beneficial to health, wellbeing and productivity.Glass facades in our Soleil range slowly evolve from a warm white at sunrise to a cool bright white during the day and back to warm at sunset.
