At the top and the centre closure there are two multi-chamber, plastic sealing rails with additional seals that intermesh to create a thermal barrier between the climate inside and that outdoors, and provide stability and a high level of impermeability to wind and driving rain.

GLAZING

  • Suitable for use with glass thicknesses of 24 – 54 mm
  • Dry glazing

FITTINGS

  • Concealed lift-and-slide fitting with convenience gear unit with 180° toggling reduces torque when lifting and prevents the lever from whipping back unexpectedly when the panel is lowered.
  • The convenience gear unit can be retrofitted with a profile cylinder.
  • Locking mechanism with burglar-resistant bolts.
  • Aluminium, anodised silver lever.
  • The sliding panel is fitted as standard with a lever on the inside and a handle shell on the outside.
  • As an option, it can be fitted with levers with profile cylinders on both the inside and the outside.
  • Compact carriage unit built into bottom of panel.
  • Choice of two carriage variants: panel weight up to 200 kg and panel weight 200 to 400 kg
