Jonathan Kern, the owner is actually just a sales rep for the company that actually produces the tiles. Consequently, he has no stock and tries to increase his profits by charging outrageous shipping fees plus vat. He was very aggressive to the point of harassing me to place an order. I did an online search then and discovered he has a long list of criminal convictions. I’ll do my business elsewhere.

Not pretty reading , however , I had to circumvent your expensively pretty design input , when all are manufactured in similar fashion , whilst not charging treble + vat for the privilege ! So not so good ? 3stars just in administration of your guile .
