Soffit Slab

Soffit Slab is a cost-effective and fire-resistant thermal insulation solution designed for concrete soffits. The product is made from non-combustible Euroclass A1 ROCKWOOL® stone wool insulation and is available with a variety of optional facings, including black tissue, white tissue and aluminium foil.
In addition to providing thermal insulation and acoustic absorption, Soffit Slab is tested to provide up to 4 hours’ fire protection to concrete soffits.
For areas demanding a higher impact resistance, High-Impact Soffit Slab features a 6mm fibre cement facing board. This bonded solution achieves a non-combustible reaction to fire rating of A2-s1, d0.
