A unibody moulded rubber and steel bracket with custom formed wire suspension clip used when superior sound control is required in the floor/ceiling assemblies of multifamily housing, high-rises, or commercial buildings.
GenieClip C3 provides a substantially improved acoustic improvement to the traditional metal frame ceiling by decoupling the C channel from the top hat. Helps reduce vibration and subsequently lowers both airborne and impact sound.
Simple installation and minimal height changes when compared to traditional metal frame ceilings. Ideal for upgrading separating floor/ceiling performances in residential projects to comply with Building Regulations Approved Document E & Robust Detail.
