I called to return some coving wanting to actually order a different style in exchange. Despite spending over £1400 on coving I was told they only have a 15 day return policy. This was after 3 calls and no one actually calling me back having promised they would. Make sure you do not need to return as the approach is just a flat NO.

Only place I could find the coving I required, and a reasonable price, but their postage policy doesn't allow small work to be supported as they have a £60 delivery charge no mater the size of your order, so for 4 meters of coving the costs shoot up to over £90
