Like our other Goods Lifts, our attendant lifts are built within a rapidly-erected, self-contained Steel shaft structure yet, in this instance, they are designed to carry one attendant alongside goods. This makes them ideal for use in premises where the stairway is not close to the lift shaft, or in cases where goods are being frequently moved and require some worker handling.

Our basic price is for a non-clad structure requiring local finishing after installation, however, we can arrange for cladding if required.The lift and its structure only require a 200 mm pit and a support at each floor, making it ideal for serving mezzanines. Customers choosing this type of goods lift installation will experience significant construction cost savings as a result of lower amounts of building work.The modular design of Niche Lifts’ attendant goods lifts provides customers with a range of car sizes and duty capacities. They are capable of transporting palletised loads, wheeled bins and cages, sack trollies, and roll pallets and have a capacity range of 750kg to 1,000kg. These attendant goods lifts are ideal for a wide range of building types and are particularly valuable for factories, warehouses and distribution centres where space is always at a premium.
