The QuickWash is a manually height-adjustable wash basin designed to accommodate both wheelchair users and ambulant users within shared bathroom environments. Its compact, wall-mounted design makes it particularly suitable for smaller bathrooms, hygiene rooms, and accessible WCs where flexibility and ease of use are required.
The basin adjusts manually via a simple release lever, allowing it to move 140 mm vertically and 100 mm forward from its fixed position. In the lowered and projected position, the QuickWash provides up to 630 mm of knee clearance, enabling wheelchair users to position themselves close to the basin and reach the tap comfortably. When raised, the basin returns to a height suitable for standing users.
The QuickWash requires no electrical supply and uses standard plumbing connections, making it a straightforward replacement for a conventional basin in both new-build and refurbishment projects. Adjustment requires minimal effort, and a secure locking mechanism ensures the basin remains firmly positioned during use.
Supplied pre-assembled with mixer tap, flexible hoses, and waste connections, the QuickWash is manufactured in accordance with DS/ISO 17966:2016 and is CE certified. With a maximum user weight of 150 kg, it provides a durable and cost-effective solution for accessible and multi-user bathroom design.
Please note that these product properties are not a replacement for the manufacturer's literature and it is always recommended that Multicare Medical Ltd is consulted before specifying.
