Flowgrate moulded GRP panels with a square mesh grating have been designed to provide a high-strength, lightweight and durable solution for walkways, platforms, risers, trenches and mezzanine decks, that is built to last. The mesh size allows for effective drainage and preventing the fall of debris when used as flooring, ensuring safety of people and traffic that may be working beneath the panels. Flowgrate 25x38x38 is fully compliant to 35mm ball proof requirements.

The isophthalic polyester grating panels are suitable for general use where factors such as high-strength, non-conductive, lightweight and corrosion resistant applications are required. Flowgrate GRP gratings are up to 50% lighter than steel gratings and are finished with a hard-wearing anti-slip gritted surface – compliant to National and Internationally recognised standards to ensure maximum grip underfoot and minimise the risk of slipping.

Both standard and micromesh GRP grating products are also available in Phenolic with its excellent fire retardant properties that meet BS476 Part 7 Class 0 and section 12 of London Underground standards for low smoke and low toxicity use in tunnels.
