Stainless Steel Grating

Stainless materials can be either 304 or 316 grade

Normally stainless gratings are used in:

• Highly corrosive or wet environments

• On or around machines or machinery

We therefore supply gratings to meet the requirements of the current BS EN ISO 14122.

This specifically requires that gratings shall prevent the passage of a 35mm dia ball. All Lichtgitter Stainless gratings are therefore 34mm centres of load bars to comply with this.

Stocked sizes are 25×3, and 30×3 in 34/100 pattern. Other patterns ie. 21/100 and 16/100 are available where quantity is sufficient.
