Ellington Glazed Pre-finished (Walnut)

This top selling clear glazed door from the V Groove Range caters for quality modern properties. Constructed by using a computer controlled cutter to groove directly into a solid core, creating a large centre panel, the grooves are then filled by hand using solid strips of Walnut hardwood. This glazed Ellington has a large clear glazed panel to compliment the detailing of the solid version. Constructed by using a computer controlled cutter to groove directly into a solid core which is then filled by hand using solid strips of hardwood. This core is then sanded flat and veneers are carefully applied by hand and bonded using heat and intense pressure. A further process places the door onto a CNC table where a V shaped cutter makes decorative grooves into the solid wood inserts. Finally the door is given three coats of our low sheen lacquer finish.
