Thermal breaks are based on polyamide omega shape strips reinforced with fibreglass PA 66 GF25. Sections rolled with this type of thermal break have very good strength resistance to deformations and thermal expansion very similar to Aluminium. A polyamide thermally broken profile can be powder coated after rolling.; Glazing and rebate gaskets are made from synthetic rubber EPDM or thermoplastic rubber TR according to ISO 3302-1. Gaskets can be both mitre and butt joined as required by gluing or bonding.
