Chapelizod, Dublin which is a public area meaning it s a suitable location for Anti-terrorism street furniture. The PAS 68 removable core bollards
are built into the centre of the Notice board posts which gives the notice board the extra strength to stop a truck travelling up to 48km/h (30mph).
