OVERVIEW

The Alumasc Ventilated System (AVS) provides a decorative Rainscreen solution for Timber framed construction and is BBA Approved, NHBC accepted and has an effective life of over 30 years
AVS is detailed to provide a fully ventilated cavity as per TRADA recommendations, keeping the substrate dry and free from moisture
It is fully warranted when applied in accordance with the Alumasc project specification and installed by an Alumasc registered contractor
The system can accommodate a range of cavity depths and it is A2 fire rated

OFF-SITE MANUFACTURING

The Alumasc Ventilated System is quick to install compared to traditional construction methods and is suitable for off-site manufacturing processes

RENDERS & BRICK SLIPS

All finishes used have high impact resistance, can be used in zones below 1.5m and pedestrian thoroughfares and are UV stable
Render finishes include textured ST Silkolitt Silicone Render and M.R. Polymer Dashing Renders in a wide range of colours
Alumasc Acrylic Brick Slips are also suitable for use with the system
