SecureSET Flat Entrance Doorsets

The SecureSET range is tailored to provide the perfect solution for both new and retrofit interior flat and apartment entrance applications.  The doorsets are available in a wide range of standard and made to measure sizes, with the flexibility to include side and top light units into the frame.

Available in a variety of Moulded door designs to complement our existing interior doorset range, to offer a coordinated and high quality look throughout the project. 

How does it meet the building regulations?

• Approved Document M: Available in a range of widths to meet minimum clear opening sizes for accessibility requirements.
• Approved Document B: SecureSET doorsets and modular glazed screens have been fully bi-directionally tested in accordance to BS476:pt22, providing 30 minutes integrity and insulation (when specified with insulated glazing specification).
• Approved Document E: The core construction, acoustic seals and drop down seals assist this product in compliance with acoustic regulations where flat entrance doors are required to have a sound reduction index of 29dBRw.
• Approved Document Q: SecureSET internal flat & apartment entrance doorsets comply with the conditions as specified within Approved document Q.

The SecureSET doorset range offers an all-in-one, fully tested and dual certified doorset solution, with the option to include both side and top lights, in a variety of configurations to suit your specification.  Sidelights are supplied with fully heat-insulated, high-performance Pyroguard EI30 glass, which is both toughened and laminated to offer superior fire and security resistance. Available full height glazed, or with the option of a mid rail to split the glazed unit to cater for your design requirements.  Top light units can also be supplied with the option of Pyroguard EW30, fire integrity glass, which has been proven to meet the requirements for both fire and security.

All modular glazed units have been specially designed for easy removal of glass during installation. Glazed units are supplied partiality glazed, with accompanying security screws and pre-piloted glazing beads for a quick easy final fit.

Our modular doorset & glazed screen solution is also supplied with a tailored fixing kit, to provide all the required fixings to complete the assembled installation on site.
