Experience the epitome of sustainable luxury in the heart of Central London at this Grade II listed building, owned by merchants Berry Bros. & Rudd. Obbard Limited asked Kate Watson-Smyth to consult on this historic building and develop the five apartments' concept, colour scheme, look and feel. The dedication to every detail is evident, from the project's conceptualisation to the carefully curated colour palette and overall ambience.
