Metal Fire Box

An internal metal firebox or flexible fire containment bag for use in areas with vulnerability to arson or vandalism attacks. The metal fire box fits on the back of the door or wall (chute/spout also available if required). The metal box is fitted with a hinged lid and lock as standard but a door is available as an optional extra. If combustible items are dropped into and ignited in the box they are extinguished by the intumescent material, which can be easily renewed. The flexible fire containment bag is for use where doors open tightly against Walls and the doors need to be opened wide. Tested to BS476 Part 22.
