A 6 bay oak framed sling brace extension made up of 2 frames, the first of which is 4 bays in size with 2 bays on the ground floor and 2 bays on the first floor, on the ground floor the front of both bays are left open and the right side of the bulding is also open to allow it to attach to an existing building. On the first floor there is a dormer housing a 2 light window as well as one at the rear and on the left is a larger 2 light window to allow plenty of natural light into the first floor. The second frame is open at the front and right with a mullion window at the rear and on the left is a solid single door.
