This oak framed garden room is formed of five bays with an enclosed barn entrance on the second bay. It is designed to be attached to an existing building at the rear. The first bay is accessed via a single solid door and a two pane window. The barn entrance has a glazed gable end and a pair of opening garden room windows. The other bays have two pane windows to the front and the end bay has a pair of opening garden room windows.
