Offering a powerful and reliable solution for more demanding applications, this twin furnace horizontal shell, wet-back packaged steam boiler is designed for performance. To specifically allow Single furnace operation, each furnace has a separate flue gas pass all the way through the boiler until they merge at the flue outlet. This ensures the greatest modulation of output (double the burner turn down ratio) in order to meet load requirements more closely, and therefore operate more efficiently.

The patented design of the twin furnace enables each furnace to be isolated independently for maintenance whilst the other furnace remains in operation.

As with the other horizontal packaged steam boilers in our range, this model benefits from the inclusion of intuitive graphic touch screen controls (see separate) This makes operation easy and operating errors impossible, ensuring only the highest levels of safety and efficiency.

The Universal Series ZFR steam boiler is perfect for industrial, municipal and supply organisations which have a high heat and steam requirement for installations, processes and production.
